Description:

A buff spell that modifies the reagent cost of spells cast while it's active.

Buff Uses:

Buff spell Uses increment whenever a spell is cast with the buff active.

Configuration:

• This spell supports Spell Filter options.
• Since 4.0 Beta 13 these options support dynamic values through numeric or string expressions.
