Description:

It creates a bond between the caster and the targeted entity. Every spell cast (attempt) by the caster, that is not on cooldown, will be cast by the target.

Configuration:

• This spell supports Spell Filter options.
• Since 4.0 Beta 13 these options support dynamic values through numeric or string expressions.
