Various ideas about launching the PDF:

@gfotos :
- First opinion : Sent PDF to early birds sponsors (for consideration), we tweet (on Friday) about sponsors pdf. On Wednseday we make it public
- Final opinion : 1. Promo today about site on friday 2. Launch site. On friday we promo about pdf. 3. On friday we send emails for sponsors. 4. On Wednesday we publisize the PDF.
@nolamesa : Tweet about PDF and launch it after a week. He also noted that the promo should not be done during the Weekend. Site on one week from now (Monday)
@nikosd : Promo before the site is up. Without PDF (just an announcement). Media coverage before/on weekend. On Friday we upload the PDF. Bigger buzz after that (and on specific channels). Just do it before the Monday after the next one! Promo the whole thing continuously.
@pagojo : he insisted on launching the site on next Monday, not before that. Wednesday laucnh the PDF. Promo tweet before/after.

Decided : On Monday (28/01/2013) we launch the site. On Wednesday (30/01/2013) we launch the sponsors PDF.

@gfotos : for the designer : camelcase on Euruko Logo, find and give photos to designers, logo link on all providers, "in/at" Badminton, versioning on PDF

@apantsiop : is content if we just send an email (reach out) to diversity channels. This is enough for diversity in his opinion
@vvatikiotis : Proposal 1 + with all the community voting (3/4/5 ticket votes to 1 community vote)
@rizopoulos : The same model as last year. Eponymous. Github process. Given the resources he would like the other way with voting through tickets (eponymous submission though)
@gfotos Stands by his proposal. Eponymous submission. Anonymize it. Github upload. Eponymously vote. Only early bird tickets have vote advantage (5), 3 for simple tickets, all the others 1 vote. Ask the speakers to provide us more details (through hangout etc).
@nikosd 99% agree with gfotos. a) not github! , b) anonymous, c) give effort to our filtering (post voting)
@pagojo says that we need to filter both on the beginning and at the end of the process. Have the last word even after voting. No vote to the community (only to ticket holders).
@nolamesa Stand by eponymous procedure.
