- Amolbir
- Balraj
- Josh
- Areeba took a few photos for a new home page background which should be available soon. See #117 for details.
- Stephanos and Kim helped test a few issues recently completed including:
- Adding zoom buttons to the map on the home page.. see #297 for details
- Indicating the active navigation menu item.. see #299 for details
- Correcting spelling of Accommodation.. see #290 for details
- Making text readable on some mobile and tablet devices.. see #265 for details
- Making generic google link show search results immediately.. see #268 for details
- Josh took over some work on #254 so it would be complete before the Digifest event. A couple issues assigned to student volunteers were lacking any clear activity in the form of questions, comments, pull requests... so that was another reason that a few issues previously assigned to student volunteers were reassigned.
- Wrote out hours in time sheet but some minor mistakes such as adding VIP interview skills hours were added so he's going to rewrite them. His hours looked good otherwise so his revised version should be ready for initials.
- Committed to getting an "x" button appearing in the profile page above the Photo Upload feature as part of #276 by Monday, April 24, 2017 morning
- Was assigned to #268 but the issue was taken over by Josh to get it done before the Digifest event
- Brought his laptop and reminded that he still doesn't have a development environment set up to run AccessLocator on his machine.
- Balraj's laptop couldn't boot up and will probably get help from Amolbir and Geeksquad to get it fixed
- Balraj will likely be meeting with Josh this week to get his laptop running AccessLocator
- Balraj was assigned #242 which was previously assigned to Avi. In the interest of having more of our proposed work complete before Digifest, Josh will take over the issue Wednesday if Balraj can't.
- There was some discussion about how to calculate ratings for the vast majority of locations that go unrated. Defaulting to something like 0 or "-" that corresponds with "unrated" in our rating reports seems very unfriendly to our users. In many situations, a group of similar locations would tend to have similar ratings so we'll probably report on unrated locations using some averaging of ratings from similar locations. All Shoppers Drugmart locations don't have customer bathrooms, for example. The average ratings for a small sample of Tim Hortons restaurants would be a good result to show for the unrated Tim Hortons locations. This information may be useful soon.
