Personas, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria

1) MUAZZEZ ÇOLAK (TRADER)

Persona

Muazzez Çolak is newly-retired from her job as a teacher. Her age is 58. She likes spending time with her grandkids. She is interested in stock market recently. She lives in Bilecik but she is planning to buy a new house at Yalova to spend her retired life. Unfortunately her retirement bonus is not enough to buy any house at Yalova.

Story

She is not familiar with popular technology and generally avoid them. To make her dreams come true, she is searching a way that she can use her retirement bonus. She knows how to follow the market thanks to her amateur interest in finance. One of her grandsons show her to our project. Eventhough she don't like the computers or mobile phones she accept to try it to not make his grandson upset.

Acceptance Criteria

She can understand the interface because it is so simple and clear.
She can make her profile private to feel more safe.
She can follow economic events and news to get more information.
She can read comments of other users.
She can use "buy/sell order" and "set stop/loss limit" functions to maximize her profit.

Persona

Gözde Açıkgöz is recently married woman who is 26 years old. She lives in İstanbul. She likes spending time with her PC and she is a social media addict. Her dream is going to Hawaii with her husband.

Story

Her husband's and her relatives gifted considerable amount of dolars and gold during the wedding ceremony as tradition. She is planning to maximize her profits with these commodities. She needs a website that lets her stalk articles and experienced investors to enhance her portfolio. She does stalking by means of reading the comments of individuals, visiting their profile, watching their portfolios, reading their posts and success rates. She also likes to interact with people using comments sections of events and articles.

Acceptance Criteria

She can read recent and trending articles to see the current trend in dollars and gold.
She can visit other members' profiles, follow them, watch their portfolios.
She can see other members' posts and prediction success rates in their profile.

Persona

Emre Tur is a 25 years old recently graduated emergency doctor who has large credit loans to both banks and goverment. He pay nearly his entire salary to these loans. Also when he is at work there will be nearly no free time due to activity of emergency service.

Story

He believes that investments are easy way to make profits. He is eager to enter the market however due to his loans he cannot do that. So he just try to learn more details about economy and follow daily economic events and he want to do that with his cellphone because he has limited time when he is at hospital.
