1- Meetings	• Weekly face to face meetings will be conducted. Date might be altered as time goes on. Currently picked time: each Wednesday at 18:00.
2- Communication Plan	• Handling of communication plan is discussed. It will be initialized and improved during the process. • For now, WhatsApp Group and weekly meetings are sufficient. Slack and such software will be added to the plan if needed.
3-Readme	• Readme.md will be initialized this week. It is expected to have personal wiki pages and group name for starters.
4-Issues	• Issue labels and customization will be assigned to 2-3 people. • After this meeting, issue creation will be assigned to a specific person due just after the meetings.
5-Meeting handler	• Each week there will be an individual selected as a meeting handler.
