1- Project description	• Discussing the description together and brainstorm for ideas on our action plan.
2- Project requirements	• Set up a draft for the requirements of our projects.
3- Customer	• Prepare questions for our customers to decide on more solid requirements. • Communication plan with our customer.

1- Requirements	• Discussed how to shape requirements, how to split the parts and share the responsibilities. •We decided to go over the project description as we decide on how to deal with requirements. • Many things were pointed out, questions were prepared and will be posted.
2- Project Name	• An issue will be opened. Suggestions will be discussed and shared there.
3- Labels	• There were a few suggestions about customization of labels. Labels will be updated accordingly
4- Homepage - Readme	• Homepage and readme will be updated, since the project is revealed.
5- Last week	• We discussed how the last week went, were there any problems and so forth.
6- Customer meeting	• Talked about how to conduct the customer meeting, who will be present there. Decided that whole team does not need to be present. • Decided to document the customer meeting questions in the meeting as a seperate page.
7- Project description	• Went over the whole project description, discussed on vague points.
8- Functions for users page	• Decided to prepare a visual page for visitors. For starters, it will include the basic things about the users, such as the difference between a guest, basic user and trader user.
