1- Implementation Schedule	• What to implement next to speed up parallel
2- Project Plan	• Updating project plan
3- Standards	• What software and design standards will be followed?
4- Group Communicator	• After Murat's departure, who will be the new communicator?

Item	Notes
1- Implementation Schedule	• To enable parallel implementation and execution, what should we implement? • Parity and Equipments should be implemented. • Login/Authorization, Article, Parity, Equipment models and related API endpoints are next steps.
2- Project Plan	• Update project plan, look for a collaborative tool.
3- Design Standards	• AirBNB standards will be followed for frontend.
4- IBAN	• Using real IBANs would be better. Can use public ones, i.e. LOSEV, TSK..
5- Swift	• In the future, we might also be asked to use foreign IBAN addresses, ie SWIFT operations etc.
6- Issues	• Everyone will open issues beforehand, when one has time she will take it on herself and start implementing. We will not wait until the next meeting to open the issues.
7- Milestone	• We will use weekly milestones. If the time interval is shorter, then we will discuss in a next meeting.
7- Deliverables for M1	• Homepage : Article, parity, equipment, comment, users, registration ,login, google maps for 22 Oct.
