Currently there is not entity for the exception type for calendars. The user can only choose among a set of predefined exceptions hardcoded in the source code.
This task consists of introducing management capabilities to the exception types. This task will introduce the entity, the management operations for them and adapt the use case which used the hardcoded enum to use this new entity.
