Outcome

Make API, queue, worker, provider, reconciliation, audit, and cost health measurable and actionable.

Scope

• Implement structured logs, metrics, traces, correlation, redaction, bounded cardinality, health/readiness, worker drain, dashboards, alerts, and runbooks.

Acceptance criteria

• Correlation spans API to provider and exporter failure cannot stop reconciliation.
• High-cardinality and sensitive fields are excluded; volume/cost budgets are measured.
• Alert simulations link actionable runbooks and SLO burn or threshold evidence.

Test and evidence

• Telemetry contract tests, redaction/cardinality report, alert simulations, and dashboards.
