[Release] Qualify the first operable alpha end to end #67

Outcome

Prove a clean, signed release meets the roadmap across both initial providers.

Scope

• Run clean install through CLI and GitOps, approvals, plan/apply/status, drift, failure, backup/restore, upgrade/rollback, and teardown for Kubernetes and AWS.

Acceptance criteria

• Documented SLO, RTO/RPO, capacity, and operating-cost checks pass.
• Signed artifacts deploy without repository credentials.
• Both provider lifecycles pass and teardown leaves no billable, privileged, or orphaned residue.

Test and evidence

• Published qualification report links CI, security, cost, recovery, release, provider, and cleanup artifacts.
