Description

An adze is a versatile tool primarilly used for shaping wood and stone blocks.

Recipe

First craft an Adze Head by knapping two loose rocks together following the pattern bellow.

To make a metal Adze, first make a clay Adze head mold, fire it and cast Copper, Bronze, Bismuth Bronze or Black Bronze into it.

Then combine the Adze Head with a stick like so.

Usage

The primary use of an Adze is Carving blocks such as Stacked Logs, Log Walls and Rough Stone blocks, in a way similar to how TFC detailing is done using a chisel.

It is used in some recipes such as making Loose Rough Stone Bricks and it can break same blocks faster compared to breaking by hand.

An adze can be used to peal bark from Logs and shaping them into Log Walls.
