Layout fixes for Laravel 8 Breeze and Jetstream.

1. Read the "Tailwind Config" page.

2. Add null to $header in app.blade.php

3. Register & Login

With the default installation of Laravel Jetstream & Breeze you can't use the app.blade.php without being logged in.
