Summary
Adds the product and technical cadrage for a native
Documents Dstnymodule in Hermes Workspace.Scope
Intent
This is deliberately a lightweight Workspace-native module, not a Cassian Hub migration. It keeps Hermes Workspace as the primary UI and uses the existing local Dstny RAG wrapper.
Validation
Documentation-only change. Markdown files were checked for titles and structure locally on the VPS.
