Title says it all, stems from #49725, remove all autoCondPhase2 keys for not existing tracker geometries after their deprecation.

As far as I can tell the only change in the code pertaining to xpog is in a README file: https://github.com/cms-sw/cmssw/pull/49790/changes#diff-eeef917e8da0dfbae755fe95f8ead6ab9d5b09a548e541211ba30eb6d8547583R20, but good to test thoroughly!
