UseJunior Assistant Documentation

UseJunior is an AI-powered email assistant that provides document analysis, contract review, and legal support through a simple email interface.

How It Works

Junior provides AI assistance directly via email. Simply send your requests to Junior@UseJunior.com, and Junior will respond, usually within 5-10 minutes.

  • Email-Based Interface: No need to learn a new application - just use your existing email client
  • Attachment Support: Junior can read and analyze documents attached to your emails (Word, PDF, Excel, and text formats)
  • Parallel Processing: You can send multiple requests without waiting for previous responses
  • Document Memory: Junior remembers previously analyzed documents for follow-up questions

When you send an email to Junior, our system analyzes your request and automatically routes it to the appropriate tool or function based on your query and attachments. Junior can understand natural language requests and will select the best process to handle your specific needs.

Tips for Optimal Results

  • Be specific: Clearly state what you need in your email
  • Prioritize attachments: Place the most important document as the first attachment. When comparing documents, the original version should be the first attachment.
  • Use descriptive subject lines: Helps Junior understand context faster
  • Reference specific sections: When asking about particular parts of documents
  • Try parallel processing: Send separate emails for unrelated tasks to process them simultaneously

Follow-Up Questions

Feel free to email Junior follow-up questions in response to any of Junior's emails. Junior reads the whole email thread to get context for your request and stores your 5 most recent attachments, allowing you to ask follow-up questions on the same email thread:

  1. Send your initial query with the document attached
  2. When you receive Junior's response, reply with your follow-up questions
  3. No need to re-attach documents - Junior will automatically reference the previously analyzed documents

This feature is powered by Junior's document memory system, which tracks which documents were relevant to which conversations.

Junior offers different access levels that determine which tools are available to you:
