If you use time estimates on tasks:

| Over-estimated | Tasks that took less time than estimated |
| Under-estimated | Tasks that took more time |
| On-target | Tasks within estimation range |
| Total Variance | Cumulative estimation error |
If you have overdue tasks, you'll see an alert at startup.
