Add vrefs to mods with unused version files

After KSP-CKAN/CKAN#3327 we now have a much more reasonable list of vref warnings:

Now these mods have vrefs.

RadioFreeKerbin isn't updated because it has a metanetkan.

For LunaMultiplayer see #8281, I purposefully removed it since the author isn't very reliable in updating the version file. The included file is for an outdated version.

Yeah we're going to have to revert many of these due to syntax errors anyway. I want to make sure we have pending PRs to fix them first...

• (JackOLantern's repo doesn't have its version file)
• (LunaMultiplayer will be reverted before merge as per above comment)
• (ManhattanAirport already fixed in repo)
• (OldPartsRedux has no repo)
• Fix version file syntax Raptor831/RFStockalike#109 (submitted March 2021)
• (ShowAllFuelsContinued has no repo)
• (StreamlineEnginesRCSsandfueltankshas no repo)

And I think rather than just reverting them, I'll add a comment property documenting the syntax errors.
