Weird Initialization event

Weird Initialization Event - Code 0x15

This event has only ever (to my knowledge) been found once and could likely be the result of a file corruption somehow. It was prefixed with a very large (think hours) long time stamp and has Type = 0x00 and Code = 0x15.

Its body contains 19 bytes of unknown data
