Freenode IRC

You can find us on the #sc2reader channel pretty much 24 hours a day. Most of the off topic conversation and development discussion takes place on channel but depending on your timezone and who else is on we may or may not be responsive. If you drop contact information or idle for a while someone will get back to you when they can. Many of us keep IRC running in the background so if you are looking for someone in particular make sure to include their IRC name so their client can notify them.

Mailing Lists

We maintain a user mailing list, sc2reader, and a contributors mailing list, sc2reader-dev. Neither of these lists are really used for much at the moment but when they were created they had so much promise! Maybe we'll live up to that someday and start using them more. If you have any questions and don't want to jump on IRC send them out over the appropriate list and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

People

sc2reader has and continues to attract developers from all over the world (except Asia and Africa, where are you guys!). The list below is to help you find and identify other people in the sc2reader community. Maybe even link of on Battle.net for some practice games! Feel free to add yourself and omit any information you feel uncomfortable with. It'd be great to see this list grow. If you really want to share, feel free to include some additional information below the table.

Graylin Kim: I founded this project in January of 2011 by taking (with permission!) all the awesome work from the phpsc2replay guys and translating it into python. I got a basic version completed, posted it on PyPI and things started getting out of control. I mostly work on it now-a-days just because I think it is awesome to meet all the random people from around the world that find an interest in this sort of thing. I am generally available and responsive between the hours of 13-3:00 GMT and love to hear from people that are using the project or want to contribute.
