Description:

MOM6 main repo. was updated on 20250801 (see original MOM6 PR at mom-ocean/MOM6#1668), need to make corresponding updating in UWM. No baseline change in this PR.

• High: Reason: need to take advantage of updated code for global-workflow to modify the triggler for ocean post process, current approach is not reliable as we encounted several cases that ocean post were being launched earlier than it should.
