Updating Data

The stats page contains information about

  • Metering status
  • Energy generation and losses
  • Transmission Performance
  • Remittance of DISCOs

Updating Stats Information

Go to the stats page on the CMS by following the menu

Pages -> Home -> The Stats

On the stats page, click on the "Edit" button, to update most the data that appears on the stats page (there is one exception).

Title

The title of the page is in the "title" field.

Intro

The intro is the text that appears just below the title on the stats Page. You can just copy and paste on this field to make changes.

Performance Summary

The performance summary is entered in a few steps.

  • Get the data from the excel sheet.
  • Copy relevant data to the performance summary template.
  • Upload the performance summary template to the "Performance Summary Snippet"

You can get the "Performance Summary Snippet" by

  • Clicking on the snippets menu
  • Selecting "Performance Summary"
  • Enter the Month and Year, then upload the file you saved in the "Performance Summary template."

After uploading the Performance summary, go back to editing the stats page and click on the "Performance" field, selecting the snippet you just created in the last step

Next, on the "Transmission performance file" field, click on the button that says "Choose another document", and select the excel sheet from which you obtained the data for performance summary. This is so the user can download the entire document for their purposes.

Power Generation

Power generation summary is entered like performance summary.

  • Get the relevant excel sheet with the data you want to upload
  • Copy the data to the power generation template
  • Upload the template into the "Generation summary snippet"

You can get the "Power Generation Snippet" by

  • Clicking on the snippets menu
  • Selecting "Generation Summary"
  • Enter the Month and Year, then upload the file you saved in the "Generation Summary template."

After uploading the Generation summary, go back to editing the stats page and click on the "Generation" field, selecting the snippet you just created in the last step

On the "Power generation file" field, click on the button that says "Choose another document", and select the excel sheet from which you obtained the data for Generation summary. This is so the user can download the entire document for their purposes.

DISCO Remittance

Disco remittance is entered like performance summary and power generation.

  • Get the relevant excel sheet with the data you want to upload
  • Copy the data to the disco remittance template
  • Upload the template into the "Remittance Summary snippet"

You can get the "Remittance Summary Snippet" by

  • Clicking on the snippets menu
  • Selecting "Remittance Summary"
  • Enter the Month and Year, then upload the file you saved in the "Remittance Summary template."

After uploading the Remittance summary, go back to editing the stats page and click on the "Remittance" field, selecting the snippet you just created in the last step

On the "DISCO Remittance file" field, click on the button that says "Choose another document", and select the excel sheet from which you obtained the data for Remittance summary. This is so the user can download the entire document for their purposes.

Metering status

Metering status is entered a little differently from the other stats. You enter the metering status via snippets.

  • Click on the snippets menu
  • Select Metering status
  • There are a number of snippets for specific DISCOs, month and year. You can click on any to modify the values, or click on the "Add metering status" button at the top right corner, to start adding a new set of metering statuses (you will need to add per DISCO per year). After entering all the metering data, select "publish" from the menu at the bottom of the page.
