feat(brand): add approved insonic identity and publication (S070)

Summary

Adds the owner-approved insonic 1.0.0 identity to the official brand catalog and release inventory. The new brand uses three separated voice forms, a stronger three-form Reduced master, an independent Glacial blue palette, house typography and the exact approved developer-facing message "Voice, with memory." Both creative gates bind source and rendered evidence, including the canonical social SVG/PNG.

BrandBuilder/site 3.0.1 also corrects type-specimen mark/name alignment and Windows LF serialization, and isolates concurrent QC screenshots. The owner authorized remediation of the WordPress fixture's newly unpatched HTTP-cache advisory; its two consumed HTTP APIs now use an uncached built-in-fetch transport, with the full npm audit and pinned runtime checks retained. This transport stays outside consumer kits.

Automated review caught the canonical construction helper's unresolved library dependency under direct execution. A separate launcher now resolves the installed BrandBuilder library for repository and standalone-kit use. Its four execution/hash/validation regressions reproduce the exact approved paths without modifying the helper's bound bytes or either creative approval.

Refs #319. Official publication requires the subsequent tagged CI release and live route/checksum checks.

Spec Kit

• specs/070-insonic-brand/ contains specification, research, plan, tasks, delivery contract and verification evidence.
• Requirements and implementation agree; official publication remains explicitly pending until the tagged workflow and live checks finish.

Verification

• All twelve kits build with zero verification problems and zero glyph failures using their approved renderer groups.
• All 31 shared contract-check commands pass, including 99 pipeline tests; the amended publication workflow passes 28 tests.
• Seven HTTP transport tests, frozen fixture install and npm audit pass (zero vulnerabilities).
• WordPress 6.9.9/PHP 8.2 and 7.1.2/PHP 8.3 runtime checks pass, including update/rollback and narrow/wide browser AA checks.
• Twelve registry catalogs, bundled fonts and a clean consumer installation/build pass; all twelve Brand essentials guides pass delivery checks.
• Site type checking, static export, README links, origin/payload tests and publication content audits pass. Full browser verification passes across 130 HTML routes, 260 route/viewport cases and 90 visual cases in two themes, with zero WCAG 2.1 AA violations.
• Eleven local release archives and generated notes pass the release contract. Publication uses tagged CI artifacts exclusively.
• Production PDF contact sheets and insonic's logo and page-QC sheets were inspected. Native WordPress template fragments are distinguished from installed runtime checks.

Review gates

• Approved dark/light colors and meaningful cues pass WCAG 2.1 AA; functional states include labels/symbols.
• insonic Gate 1 and Gate 2 approvals are explicit and source-bound. Existing brand source geometry remains unchanged.
• Changelogs and current source-bound disposition inventory are synchronized for twelve hosted brands and nine owned release archives.
• UTF-8 without BOM, LF and mojibake checks pass for source and downloadable insonic text.
• Generated kits, PDFs, rasters, archives, private review material and local Spec Kit state remain outside Git.
• Construction launcher regression checks and the refreshed insonic build pass; final CI runs against the corrected revision.
