docs(spec): record verified insonic publication (S070)

Summary

Records the completed insonic 1.0.0 publication under S070, checks off T023, synchronizes specification/plan/verification status fields and retains the chronological construction and review evidence. No brand, compiler, adapter, site or release behavior changes.

PR #320 passed all required checks and merged. Tag v3.0.1 points to main revision 3eadea75689e9bf9b6c647958cacb64b328b8ac5; its full workflow, release preflight, release publication and Pages deployment passed. Twenty-one live delivery checks pass, all eleven release archives match SHA256SUMS, and the live insonic archive, approved social assets, Full/Reduced masters and PDF match the official release.
