accelRunProc video filter method
Processes a video frame using 3D hardware acceleration.
void accelRunProc(const VDXFilterActivation *fa, const VDXFilterFunctions *ff);

This method is not thread-safe.
Exceptions may be thrown from this function (see Except()).
Requires V15 or later.
This is similar to runProc except for 3D
acceleration. Either runProc or accelRunProc is called exclusively;
the two are never mixed on a filter instance during a run.
