Code refactor of the python reporting library coming from changes made at Imeka. The MR refactors out code repetition in the generation of statistics and graphs and centralizes the multi-processing architecture used by the scripts.
THIS IS UNTESTED FOR NOW. Will be extensively tested in the next few days
