This is the first 2025h1 project goals update. It's partially generated to collect all the individual goal updates posted by the goal owners, and hand tweaked:
I've put the publication date as Monday to leave a bit of time for reviews.
Note that we've changed the format a bit compared to the prior updates, to publish the actual goal updates, collapsed by default to avoid being overwhelming with the big number of goals.
