TIAS is a private, multi-tenant operations suite built as three focused products: TiasStore, TiasHR and TiasWMS. Each application serves a distinct operational team while sharing the platform conventions needed for identity, data boundaries, interface consistency and reliable delivery.
The result is one product family spanning customer-facing commerce, people operations and warehouse execution. Web is the common surface; mobile and desktop clients extend warehouse workflows to the floor and fixed workstations.
This repository is a source-free product case study. The commercial codebase, deployment configuration, data model and security implementation remain private.

A multilingual storefront designed to make discovery and purchase feel calm while keeping the underlying commercial workflow connected to administration and fulfilment.
A public careers experience connected to the wider people-operations product. The visible vacancy content is synthetic and exists only to demonstrate the interface.
A dense operational dashboard for warehouse teams, with the information hierarchy built around work state, exceptions and the next action. All identifiers and volumes shown are demonstration data.

TIAS is built with TypeScript across its product surfaces. Its web applications use React and Next.js; the service layer uses typed APIs and PostgreSQL; the warehouse product extends to mobile and desktop clients with Expo and Tauri. Exact versions, repository topology, schemas, provider integrations and deployment controls are intentionally not published here.
TIAS was developed as a commercial NYOWORKS product under the direction of Naim Yasir Ozcan. This case study describes the product scope and presentation work without disclosing source code or private operational material.
Product demonstrations and deeper technical reviews are available for serious commercial or hiring conversations under appropriate confidentiality. No public demo credentials are distributed from this repository.
