An independent software studio in The Hague, building focused digital products for real business operations.
Website · Selected work · About · Start a conversation
NYOWORKS designs and operates web products that have to work beyond the presentation layer: public websites, customer journeys, business portals and the private systems behind delivery. The studio combines product thinking, interface design and full-stack engineering in one accountable practice.
The public experience explains the work clearly in English, Dutch, Turkish and German. Behind it sits a structured client and studio workflow for enquiries, communication, content and delivery. Those operational surfaces are deliberately kept private; this repository documents the product without publishing its source code, customer information or deployment details.
| Surface | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Company website | A multilingual introduction to the studio, its approach and its services. |
| Project portfolio | Case studies that state the problem, scope, contribution and current status of each product. |
| Quote journey | A guided path from an initial brief to a structured project conversation. |
| Client workspace | Authenticated communication and request handling for active relationships. |
| Studio operations | Private tools for content, projects, delivery records and day-to-day coordination. |
- Write for people making a decision, not for a feature catalogue.
- Keep public storytelling, client access and internal operations visibly distinct.
- Treat responsive behaviour, localisation and accessibility as product requirements.
- Show what is live, what is evolving and what NYOWORKS was responsible for.
- Connect polished presentation to the operational workflow that supports it.
NYOWORKS is designed, engineered and operated by Naim Yasir Ozcan. His background in warehouse quality and operational leadership informs the studio's emphasis on explicit workflows, measurable outcomes and software that can survive daily use.
The product uses a modern TypeScript and React foundation, server-rendered web interfaces, structured localisation and production-grade server-side workflows. The exact service topology, security controls, infrastructure and operational runbooks are intentionally excluded from this public case study.
The public website is available at nyo.works. Internal applications, production source and customer records are private. A guided architecture or implementation review can be arranged for a serious commercial or hiring conversation under appropriate confidentiality.
