This adds support for
ember-render-helpersv1. It keeps support with v0.2 to ease migration.This is a breaking change as it adds a dependency to ember-auto-import v2. This is required to consume ember-render-helpers v1, which is a v2 addon.
It includes #701 which should be merged first. Keeping it as a draft therefore.
