Replace deprecated Run#getLogFile() method with preferred #getLogReader(). Method has been deprecated since jenkinsci/jenkins#3963 in April 2019.

Proposed changelog entries
Run.getLogFile()should not be used, as it is not compatible with JEP-210. Other log-related methods are implemented properly inworkflow-job.
