• Chỉ dùng model đã xác minh chữ ký, SHA-256/SHA-512, license, provenance, SBOM và trạng thái approved/recovery-ready.
• Chỉ chạy trong profile mạng AI deny-by-default, không public port/DNS/IP.
• Chỉ truy cập bộ nhớ theo namespace user/role/domain và policy provenance/confidence/version/TTL/human approval.
• Không biến output AI chưa xác minh thành long-term truth.
• Không autonomous write vào dữ liệu vận hành.
• Sinh evidence liên kết model digest, runtime image, SBOM, network policy và memory policy.
• Có rejection tests cho vi phạm ở cả ba giai đoạn.

Ràng buộc
