- for integrationtests: do not use threads for ANDROID to avoid emulator timeout/hanging
- for android tests: run on ubuntu 22.04, build for x86_64, add necessary gradle configuration options and presets
- use latest versions of sdk tools to match pre-installed ubuntu 22.04 packages
Fixes missing <wslay/wslay.h> during library compilation on Linux Ubuntu.
