Added sidebars so the pictures didnt disappear into an invisible box

I made it so when you hover over the director cards, they flip over instead of just changing to an image.

Looks good to me! I did add a smaller commit to try and make it a tad faster since the images aren't always loading in completely, def not the fault of your component though |

I made the director cards flip when you hover over them rather than just switching to an image.
