Hey there!! I'm Jackson Baimel, A sophmore Computer Science & ITWS (Information Technology and Web Science) Dual at RPI. With experience in Azure, Cloud and Web Development, Reverse Engineering, Symbolic Execution and more I'm all about trying new things and being able connect people from different diciplines, working together under an interdisciplinary umbrella. From my internships to my projects and clubs I'm always looking to learn more and contribute to exciting projects.

- Newtown Forest Association (June 2024 - Present) - Utilizing Expo (An offshoot of React Native) and Cloud Firestore to create an inventory and property managament tool. Looking to release onto the app store this coming Spring.
- REI Technology (April 2021 - October 2021) - Led product research and development on how REI could use Azure's virtual machines within a virtual desktop infrastructure.
- Web Development - I love making cool little websites, and I make a lot of them between my ITWS and personal projects.
- Database Systems - Databases, whether is be SQL with PHP or PostgreSQL or No-SQL options like Firebase or MongoDB I'm here for it, always looking to learn and expiriment with it.
- Reverse Engineering - Through clubs like RPISEC I'm always looking to get better at all things cybersecurity. Right now I'm focusing in on Reverse Engineering and Symbolic Execution. That being said, I love anything under the CTF umbrella and learn new things every time I do a challenge, and can't wait to learn more.
- RECS (Rensselaer Electronic Calandar System) - Working in a small group to create a calandar system for RPI clubs and organizations.
- Fresh n' Clean - Creating a Uber-for-laundry service via a web app. Creating with a 6 person group for ITWS 2100 (Web Systems Development)
- AI & Solutions - Creating a handful of basic AI Models in PyTorch for Checkers, Chess, Othello and Pong. Also creating a basic website to host these models.
- Ecotopia - Created a basic Twitter-esc Website for Environmental Enthusiasts in ITWS 1100 (Intro to ITWS)
- LCOS (Lethal Company Open Source) - Creating Mods for the game Lethal Company. Currently sitting at around 70k downloads, with my mods being responsible for roughly 30k of them.
