aarch64 will use neon by default. If you add -fmpu=neon, will get an error : unrecognized command line option '-mfpu=neon'

The brisk has the same issue, I change it to my modified version.

Didn't work out of the box for me, but adding the DOWNLOAD_NAME line did. Considering nobody worked on this since 2016, it is probably outdated though, but there have been some inquires about that recently
