Minor etl LGAD Rotation fix

PR description:

minor rotation fix for the LGADs in order to have pixel (0,0) in the correct position with respect to the Global CMS coordinate system

PR validation:

The code compiles, runs and has been extensively checked. Unit tests run smoothly with the updated references. as in PR #49234
