Fix HPTDC timing PCL

PR description:

PR aims to fix timing PCL. Current Harvester is unable to receive any data from the workers.
Changes:
-relative paths were changed to absolute
-Incorrect histogram type was corrected
-Incorrect EdmToMeConverter configuration was fixed
