Give the macOS CI job 45 minutes instead of 30 - #315

The required `unit + e2e (macOS)` job ran close to its 30-minute limit. Over the last 30 completed CI runs, green jobs took 20–29 minutes and the e2e step alone took 16–22. On 2026-10-18, run 39176355426 (#310) was cut off at 30 minutes with its e2e step still running. GitHub reports that as cancelled, so the guard refused the PR as failing, though the PR only changed docs. 45 minutes covers the slowest green run with about 55% headroom, and a hung run still ends well before GitHub's 6-hour default.
