Baud Rate Support

Starting from the following version >= LogAndStream v0.15.000 of Shimmer 3 it will no longer be possible to change baud rate no matter the BT module being used on the Shimmer3 module. LogAndStream automatically selects the highest baud rate which is supported by the BT module (and firmware) to ensure the maximum data through-put is achieved.
