Description

This PR updates the following:

  • UWM hash with non-answer changing updates.
  • GSI hash
  • GDAS hash

Type of change

  • Bug fix (fixes something broken)
  • New feature (adds functionality)
  • Maintenance (code refactor, clean-up, new CI test, etc.)

  • Is this a breaking change (a change in existing functionality)? NO
  • Does this change require a documentation update? NO
  • Does this change require an update to any of the following submodules? YES - All PRs merged.

How has this been tested?

generate workflows -G on Gaea and WCOSS2.

Note, the v18 tests failed on wcoss2 and were subsequently turned off as this is not an issue for v17.

Confirming here that the failed tests on WCOSS2 (C96C48_ufsgsi_hybatmDA and C96C48_ufs_hybatmDA) are JEDI-based atmospheric DA tests. The jobs that failed (atmanlvar) are the atmospheric DA jobs and are not exercised in GFSv17.
