Description
This PR changes the suffixes of the VarBC files from
satbias.nctobias.ncandsatbias_covtobias_cov.Additionally the tar ball is renamed from
rad_varbc_paramstovarbc_paramsto include any aircraft VarBC files.Companion PRs
Will require a sync'd global-workflow PR to work properly. Coming soon.
