Rename Thirteen Loko (#285)

Closes part of #285.

Summary

• Renames the user-facing Thirteen Loko drink, reagent, glass style, and live code type paths to Circuit Crush.
• Updates vending, random drink, six-pack, chemistry dispenser, cargo bounty, recipe, corrupted organ, and map references to the new type path.
• Keeps the existing thirteen_loko icon states so this does not require new sprites, matching the issue's small rename bounty scope.
• Includes the existing tgui lint/typecheck cleanup already used by Add workflow to label new bounty issues #361 so the branch can pass the shared lint gate.

Validation

• git diff --check
• rg -n "Thirteen Loko|thirteenloko" code _maps tgui returns no live-code/map matches
• tools/build/build.sh --ci lint passed locally
• Full DreamMaker compile is not available locally because DreamMaker is not installed in this environment; GitHub Actions map compile is the source of truth.

CI is green on the latest head c9f82c3c now: the previous map compile failures were fixed by updating the stale _maps type paths, and the integration reruns are passing.
