Summary of changes

• Removed any references to IC2 crop-related items
  • All crop-specific recipes and thaum aspect registrations were moved to CropsNH.
• Changed references to any food crop product that usually comes from pams to an ore-dictionary reference.
• Added the Not A Noob Certificate item
  • Migration code is still missing as I'm currently waiting on my postea refactor PR to go through.

Progress:

• Removed IC2 crop references.
• Migrated IC2 crop recipes to CropsNH.
• Migrated IC2 crop aspect loading to CropsNH.
• Added NAN Certificate.
