The decoding logic in
ServerSentEvent.binaryCodecdepended on decoding bytes into aChunk[String], and then using the binary codec.I split this logic out into a separate
ServerSentEvent.rawEventLinesso that this decoding logic can be used without having to provide aBinaryCodec
