I recently encountered some certs that did not have the 'Extended Key usages' extension, which raised an x509.ExtensionNotFound exception, and aborted execution.
This PR corrects this by handling the exceptions that can be raised by cert.extensions and
cert.extensions.get_extension_for_oid
