変更内容

  • test/ 配下を src/cli, src/core, src/features のディレクトリ構成に合わせて再配置
  • 配置の逸脱を検知する scripts/check-test-layout.ts を追加し、ci に check:layout として組み込み
  • scripts/ci.tsx を段階実行 (STAGES) + Dynamic な進捗表示に書き換え (ビルド → 独立系 (typecheck/test/lint/format/layout) → intent の順)
  • 移動に伴い docs/decisions.md などのテストパス参照を更新

確認

  • bun run ci 実行済み (成功)

Startup benchmark

hello world, 50 warm runs. Both builds are measured in the same
job on the same runner, so the machine cancels out of the comparison.

Build Mean Own share
this PR 21.1 ms 17.4 ms
main 20.6 ms 16.9 ms
empty Bun binary (runtime floor) 3.7 ms —

Difference: +0.5 ms (+2.3%) against main.

Own share is the mean minus the runtime floor — the part this project is
responsible for. CI runners are noisy; read anything under a few percent
as noise rather than a regression.

Bundle size

Minimal CLI (test/fixtures/hello-app: one command, <Line> only),
decopin build --minify. Framework code is all of it, so growth here is
framework growth.

Build Size
this PR 82.2 KB
main 82.2 KB

Difference: +0.0 KB (+0.0%) against main.
Bytes are deterministic: any difference is real, not runner noise.
