feat(site): add logo and favicon to docs site

概要

ドキュメントサイトのヘッダーにロゴ画像とfaviconを追加しました。

変更内容

• ヘッダーのブランドテキスト(ドット+タイトル+"Docs")を decopin-logo-long.webp のロゴ画像に置き換え
• favicon.png を追加し、各ページの <head> に favicon リンクを追加
• scripts/build-site.ts でこれらのアセットをビルド出力先(out/)にコピーする処理を追加
• site/assets/ にロゴ関連画像一式と生成プロンプトのメモ(image-prompts.md)を追加

確認事項

• サイトをローカルでビルド・プレビューして見た目を確認
