Common interface for autotuning search space and method definition

Installation

From source:

git clone https://github.com/ytopt-team/autotune.git
cd autotune/
pip install -e .

From source with documentation and doctest requirements:

git clone https://github.com/ytopt-team/autotune.git
cd autotune/
pip install -e '.[docs]'
