The same as in yquake2: * codeql stays at SDL2 because it's an Ubuntu 22.04. * Linux/aarch64 stays at SDL2 because the SDL Github action doesn't support multiple architectures right now. * Linux/amd64 switches to SDL3. * MacOS switches to SDL3. * Windows switches to SDL3 and uses upstream SDL.
